Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?


Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your order until it reaches its destination.

Please note, if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from different locations depending on stock availability. This allows us to get your full order to you as fast as possible.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

  • Express Shipping: Your order will arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Your order will arrive within 2 to 8 business days.
  • Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150.

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?


Yes, you can! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, please send us your updated shipping address as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of it. Reach out to us via email at: hipoccot@gmail.com

If your order has already shipped, don’t worry! You can still redirect it through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Note: We cannot redirect or retrieve orders successfully delivered to an incorrect address, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered.


Though our couriers typically quote us 2 to 8 business days for standard delivery, delays may occasionally occur. If you notice a delayed delivery date on your tracking number, this could be the case.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.

Please note: The investigation timeline may vary by courier, but we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q4. What is your return policy?


We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered or received.

However, not all items are eligible for return. Any items excluded from our return policy will be clearly noted on the product pages and/or at checkout. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the mail within 30 days of delivery/receipt.
2. The item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, including swing tags, specialty packaging, etc.
4. You must provide a photo of the item(s) prior to shipping, so we can assess the condition.

Note: If you return part of a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer be valid. The remaining items will default to their current sale price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example:


Bundle Total $120, each item $70 (140) is $20 savings. Returning one equals $50 return. As they revert to their original price when not bundled.
